About the role

• Oversee governance and lifecycle management of RAVE environments for Syneos Health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient environment provisioning and compliance under GxP/GCP standards.

Responsibilities

• responsible for governance, configuration, and lifecycle management of RAVE environments
• ensure secure, compliant, and efficient environment provisioning
• act as the primary SME and escalation point for URL-related issues
• partner with Medidata Vendor management, Clinical Programming, and Study Operations
• perform environment readiness checks and coordinate build activities
• author and enforce SOPs/Work Instructions for environment provisioning

Requirements

• 5–8 years in clinical systems/EDC administration
• 3+ years hands-on with Medidata RAVE environment management
• deep understanding of RAVE architecture, environment lifecycle, roles/permissions
• working knowledge of GxP/GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR
• strong change control, documentation rigor, and stakeholder management
• clear communication, structured problem-solving, and influence without authority
