About the role
- Clinical Development Operations Analyst engaged in clinical system reporting and user support across departments. Requires collaboration, training delivery, and operational streamlining.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for clinical system or clinical reporting of clinical business operations
- Activities may include report development, data analysis, business owner liaison, user support, and system or reporting change management
- Run and disseminate routine reports
- Triages, reviews, and responds to requests for ad hoc metrics or reporting requests
- May act and perform duties of Module Owner Liaison
- Deliver prompt and efficient user support, investigating and resolving reported data discrepancies and issues
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

- Subject matter expert in assigned solutions

- Supports analysis of findings and retesting once resolved
