Responsibilities
Facilitate service design and gather requirements.
Handle project kick-off and close-out activities.
Conduct gap analysis and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
Review and generate pertinent documentation.
Analyse data to produce insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making.
Demonstrate the ability to dissect complex issues and convert them into actionable deliverables, including solutions and services.
Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and agree upon reporting and analytics requirements, while providing guidance to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and set objectives.
Requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience delivering solutions around applications and supporting project managers with delivery of work streams
Ability to translate business requirements in to use cases (with descriptions, acceptance criteria, functional and on functional requirements)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data driven insights to non- technical audiences
Ability to present visualisations/reports in a business context to business stakeholders
