About the role

- Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle: planning, development, testing, release and operation
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and UX designers to refine requirements and priorities
- Hire and onboard top engineering talent
- Set goals, and support growth plans for individual team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, with at least 2 years in a people leadership role
- 3+ years of experience designing, building and troubleshooting reliable, resilient and secure systems
- A passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Ability to attract talent by setting the standard for excellence
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
