About the role

  • Claims and Underwriting Administrative Intern supporting Life & Health teams at Swiss Re. Involves data capturing, client service, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Life & Health Claims and Underwriting teams
  • Accurate data capturing and case induction
  • Liaising with clients and various role-players to ensure process is followed and provide excellent client service
  • Underwriting and claims case allocation, tracking and reporting
  • Maintain set-standards and targets
  • Life Guide and Claims Guide role allocation and password management
  • SharePoint updates and UCR administration duties
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, client resource material, hand-outs
  • Seminar and event coordination
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree, Diploma or Higher certificate in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior work experience
