About the role

  • IT Business Analyst providing technical and analytical support in Corporate Functions InfoTech. Collaborating with Legal, Audit, Procurement, and Finance to enhance operational capabilities through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and actual hands-on to configure our Expense reporting tool
  • Testing Coordination: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, solution designs, and user guides
  • Change Management: Support the implementation of new solutions, including training and communication planning

Requirements

  • Solid business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management
  • Technical understanding of IT solutions (SaaS) and experience working with cloud-based applications
  • Excellent communication skills including clear articulation of technical topics to non-technical audiences
