Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for governance, risk, and compliance practices across International Programs Operations
- Own and evolve the International Programs Operations Risk & Compliance Framework
- Drive engagement across underwriting, IT, finance, product, and other stakeholders
- Own the International Programs risk and compliance framework for Operations
- Serve as the Risk & Compliance Operations representative in prioritization discussions
- Engage with Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in governance, risk, operations, or compliance roles
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of operational risk management, control frameworks, and regulatory expectations
- Experience in global insurance or financial services, especially in complex operational or cross-border contexts
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into meaningful actions
