About the role

  • Senior Analyst driving commercial intelligence and productivity improvements at Suzano. Focused on monitoring key sales indicators and enhancing reporting processes for commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Commercial Intelligence Analyst UNPE (Paper and Packaging) will be responsible for structuring and monitoring commercial routine indicators, organizing and optimizing the cadence of activities for the sales and service team, and supporting management through reports and dashboards (Power BI / Zendesk / CRM).
  • Act as the focal point for processes and productivity for commercial leadership, connecting day-to-day operations to sales targets.
  • Also responsible for supporting continuous improvement of the commercial team’s tools, applying problem-solving methodologies (such as PDCA and Six Sigma) to create a more efficient, integrated (omnichannel) and data-driven operation.
  • Map, document and update commercial routine processes (prospecting, service, follow-up, closing, after-sales), ensuring clarity and standardization for the sales team.
  • Structure and follow up on the commercial management routine (routes, meetings, trainings, critical processes, results), mapping critical processes and conducting team training, and building agendas, indicators and support materials.
  • Monitor key productivity and commercial performance indicators (e.g., number of visits, time logged in Zendesk, SLA, tickets handled, follow-ups, opportunity conversion), generating insights and action plans with the team and leadership.
  • Build, maintain and improve reports and dashboards (Power BI, etc.), ensuring data is current, consistent and easy to read for the team and leadership.
  • Identify routine bottlenecks (e.g., leads without contact, tickets without updates, delays in follow-up, processes with opportunity, reduced portfolio coverage) and propose practical solutions in partnership with leaders and other areas.
  • Support the design and monitoring of the commercial team’s goals and indicators, helping to translate objectives into concrete execution routines.
  • Conduct periodic results analyses (weekly/monthly), consolidating information and presenting reports to leadership, with a focus on productivity, operational efficiency and sales impact.
  • Participate in the creation and updating of guidance materials for the commercial team (playbooks, routine guides, system user manuals, best practices).
  • Support engagement initiatives and improvements to the commercial team’s experience (e.g., recognition programs, feedback rituals, development tracks linked to operational excellence).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and information management tools such as Excel and Power BI, with the ability to build and maintain commercial-focused reports and dashboards.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to prepare executive presentations, including data analysis, KPIs and recommendations for leadership.
  • Previous experience with commercial routines, sales funnel and/or customer service operations, understanding how indicators connect to sales outcomes.
  • Experience in project, process or program management (agile/Scrum methodologies are a plus), with the ability to organize schedules, priorities and deliverables.
  • Knowledge and practice of PDCA, root-cause analysis (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys) and/or continuous improvement methodologies/Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus) to structure diagnostics and action plans.
  • Ability to turn data into practical insights, proposing clear actions to improve productivity, adherence to routines and system usage.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a differential for deeper analyses and data automation.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP.
