About the role

  • Technical B2B negotiation
  • Coordinate and develop the sales team
  • Ensure execution of the commercial strategy and achievement of sales targets
  • Manage client portfolio: maintenance, retention, and expansion
  • Prospect new clients and new SKUs within the existing portfolio
  • Support the field team by conducting visits and accompanying negotiations
  • Define and manage pricing, pricing strategies, and price adjustments
  • Analyze customer and segment data to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure service levels and quality of customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong experience in technical B2B sales
  • Analytical mindset, structured thinking, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Holistic perspective and ability to solve complex problems
  • Availability for hybrid work and travel
  • Experience in leadership and team development is a plus
