Responsibilities
Responsible for quality and process assurance of auctions in Germany
Ensure the quality of photos, descriptions, pricing strategy and item ordering
Track bidder activity and proactively contact the highest bidders
Conduct price and follow-up negotiations when reserve (minimum) prices are not met
Oversee payment monitoring and payment follow-up
Accurately capture and document all relevant information
Work closely with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities
Evaluate, create and review auction content
Confident use of IT tools
Professional written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, customer service or a comparable area
Strong sense for high-quality photos, precise descriptions and clearly structured content
High level of accuracy, quality awareness and an independent working style
Good understanding of the auction environment or willingness to learn quickly and proactively
Excellent English skills, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Confident handling of IT tools and ability to manage processes systematically and in a structured way
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of clear communication.
