Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process and conduct competence-based interviews;
Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing, professional relationships, and staying current on recruitment trends and evaluation tools;
Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process;
Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and hire top talent;
Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics, diagnosing inefficiencies, and leading process improvements to optimize the hiring workflow;
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, timely, and respectful communication at every stage of the hiring journey;
Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment;
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management;
Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert passive candidates;
Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions;
A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy;
Fluency in English.
