About the role
- Join Surfshark's HR team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Lead full-cycle recruitment and enhance talent strategies within the company.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process and conduct competence-based interviews;
- Build and maintain talent networks through proactive sourcing, professional relationships, and staying current on recruitment trends and evaluation tools;
- Partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure alignment, adoption of best practices, and strategic decision-making throughout the recruitment process;
- Lead recruitment initiatives and projects that enhance how we attract, engage, and hire top talent;
- Drive data-informed decisions by tracking key metrics, diagnosing inefficiencies, and leading process improvements to optimize the hiring workflow;
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent, timely, and respectful communication at every stage of the hiring journey;
- Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced, or global environment;
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management;
- Advanced sourcing expertise with the ability to proactively identify, engage, and convert passive candidates;
- Proven ability to coach and influence hiring managers on best practices and strategic hiring decisions;
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy;
- Fluency in English.
