About the role

  • Marketing Analyst role focusing on aiding businesses to grow via digital marketing strategies and collaboration. Involves project management and operational tasks in marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Study Surfe's business (brand positioning, business model, services, sales process, strategic objectives, competitors, and market).
  • Plan and operationalize Surfe's overall marketing strategies (branding, inbound marketing, account-based marketing, content marketing, paid media campaigns, events, etc.).
  • Execute marketing actions, projects, and tasks for Surfe.
  • Act as Surfe's brand guardian on a day-to-day basis through actions, content, marketing routines, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Plan and execute a content strategy that drives significant funnel growth.
  • Produce content (text and video) for Surfe.
  • Develop automations, email marketing, newsletters, posts, and landing pages for Surfe.
  • Monitor, collect data, and analyze metrics (social media, websites, landing pages, emails, SEO, automations) and implement improvements.
  • Track Surfe's KPIs (sales funnel) and ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct tests and experiments focused on improving results.

Requirements

  • Certification and proficiency in RD Station or another marketing automation tool
  • Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, content marketing, ads, social media)
  • Knowledge of social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify, YouTube, Pinterest, and others)
  • SEO techniques
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing
