About the role

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to RBTs and other team members.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development and generalization across settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
  • Uphold BACB ethical standards and ensure compliance with organizational, insurance, and legal requirements.
  • Stay current with professional development and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.

Requirements

  • Formally credentialed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (must be willing to transport clients when needed)
  • Pass background checks and drug screenings
  • Availability during the day and/or early evening, weekend availability is a plus
