Responsibilities
- **Objective of the Role:**
- We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong experience in developing and applying machine learning models, LLMs and intelligent agents, including low/no-code tools. This person will play a strategic role in designing and delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
- **Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with business areas to identify opportunities and translate requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Develop, train and deploy LLMs and AI agents applied to business problems.
- Design interaction flows between agents, APIs and internal systems.
- Perform fine-tuning and evaluation of models for different use cases.
- Ensure the quality, scalability and performance of delivered solutions.
- Integrate AI models with backend systems and existing data pipelines.
Requirements
- **Mandatory Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Portuguese — required.
- Proven experience with LLMs and agents.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
- Experience with autonomous agents and orchestration of intelligent workflows.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model versioning and production monitoring.
- Ability to lead end-to-end projects independently.
- Residence in the state of Rio de Janeiro to attend the office once a week.
- Experience with agent automation tools.
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in cost and performance optimization of models.
- Experience integrating AI into complex corporate systems.
- Knowledge of AI-focused architectures.
- English (proficiency).
