About the role
- Intern in Engineering at Supergasbras, handling project support and coordination for corporate engineering practices. Involved in various functional duties across the engineering disciplines, ensuring compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret project drawings (architectural, structural, and installations/MEP).
- Update schedules and support planning (dates, milestones, S-curve).
- Perform quantity surveys (materials, preliminary measurements).
- Prepare technical reports (daily site reports, weekly reports, photographic records).
- Support technical analyses of proposals and budgets (technical equalization, scope comparison, support for corporate purchasing).
- Update corporate databases (CAPEX, measurements, KPIs, project portfolio).
- Assist in developing corporate standards (procedures, manuals, technical guidelines).
- Monitor the national project lifecycle (request intake, prioritization, status, high-level schedule).
- Assist in creating executive reports (dashboards, presentations, performance analyses).
- Monitor corporate engineering and maintenance contracts (term, scope, SLAs, documentation).
- Support technical and financial feasibility analyses (payback, ROI, cost estimates).
- Organize and control national documentation (designs, ARTs — technical responsibility records, as-built drawings, reports, inventories).
- Provide technical support to business units (answer queries, compile responses, standardize information sent to operations).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Availability to intern 6 hours per day
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- General computer skills and complementary courses
