Responsibilities
Building relationships and understanding the needs of key stakeholders.
Facilitating regular touchpoints, prioritization discussions and portfolio health reviews with business partners.
Advanced exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling.
Coordinating the planning, resourcing, and execution of multiple concurrent projects and analyses.
Coaching, mentoring, and development of a large team of analytics professionals.
Interacting with stakeholders and partners to align priorities and negotiate timing.
Presenting results and tailoring stories to different audiences.
Proactively seeking out impactful data stories and generating recommendations.
Requirements
University Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business.
Graduate degree preferred.
7+ years experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
Proven track record of growing and developing teams.
Experience using data to drive business decisions and deriving insights from operational data.
In depth understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and modern data modeling practices.
Strong understanding of best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
Practical experience with modern Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, QuickSight or equivalent.
Familiarity with querying and modeling data in relational database systems.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) required for Quebec only.
