About the role
- Manager Production Concepts leading interdisciplinary teams for the industrialization of electrolysis systems. Involves project leadership, technical reporting, and team coordination across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate subprojects for the industrialization of electrolysis systems.
- Ensure project objectives are met, taking into account technical, organizational, and commercial aspects.
- Develop schedules and monitor task progress within the project.
- Coordinate the creation and/or revision of specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and process descriptions.
- Regular reporting and analyses to track progress against project objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Subject-matter expertise in at least three of the following areas: mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, project management, energy engineering, process engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience leading industrialization projects.
- Solid knowledge of machine supplier management, requirements specifications, design approvals, machine acceptance testing, and capability demonstrations.
- Good knowledge of traditional project management methods and tools.
- Ideally familiar with agile methodologies and certifications such as PMI or IPMA.
- Business-fluent German and good written and spoken English.
