  • Relocation Counselor I facilitating employee transfers for clients. Developing rapport, coordinating benefits, and managing relocation processes while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport with transferring employees
  • Understand needs and client relocation policy
  • Coordinate benefits for transferring employees
  • Arrange travel for candidates/relocations
  • Assist in finding rental homes/apartments
  • Manage household goods process
  • Provide home marketing assistance
  • Facilitate expense reimbursements
  • Meet service metrics and revenue expectations
  • Maintain timely and accurate files in tracking system

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Work under minimal direction, organized, and ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow data entry standards
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Professionalism in appearance and behavior
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
