About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst conducting business finance analysis in DACH region. Collaboration with stakeholders to provide insights and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Bereitstellung gezielter Analysen zur Unterstützung des kommerziellen Geschäfts, inkl. Preis‑/Mengen‑, Margen‑ und Business‑Case‑Analysen sowie Bewertung von Investitionen
- Aufbau von Trendanalysen, KPIs und Dashboards sowie Weiterentwicklung des Reporting‑ und Analyse‑Umfelds (u. a. Power BI)
- Proaktive Kommunikation relevanter Geschäftsveränderungen und deren finanzieller Auswirkungen an Stakeholder in der DACH Region
- Unterstützung und Steuerung von strukturierten Arrangements und cross‑divisionalen Deals in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Tax und dem Business
- Zusammenarbeit mit European FP&A und Divisional Finance Leads zur Abstimmung von Budgets, Forecasts und weiteren Reporting‑Anforderungen
- Analyse von Abweichungen zwischen Ist‑ und Planwerten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Performanceverbesserung
- Unterstützung des monatlichen Abschlussprozesses, inklusive Prüfung von P&L und Bilanz, Identifikation von Fehlern und Sicherstellung korrekter Buchungen
- Führung des Budgetierungs‑ und Forecast‑Prozesses für Enabling Functions sowie Unterstützung der Divisions im Forecasting
- Standardisierung und Optimierung lokaler Reporting‑Prozesse sowie Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Finanzen/Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Finance/Controlling eines internationalen Unternehmens
- Sicher in US GAAP und/oder IFRS
- Sehr gute Excel‑, Finanzmodellierungs‑ und Datenanalyse‑Skills; bestenfalls auch Expertise in MS-Power BI
- Stakeholder‑Management über Funktionen und Ebenen (u. a. Sales, Enabling Functions und unser Shared Service Center in Polen)
- Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
