Providing training and support for the Mako Robotics surgical system. Assisting medical professionals with technical and software aspects pre- and post-operation.
Responsibilities
Training and support for physicians (m/f/d) and OR staff before and during surgeries on the handling and use of the Mako System in the Greater Munich area.
Operating-room instruction for the clinical and technical leads on the Mako System and its installed applications (partial knee, total knee, and total hip arthroplasty).
Explaining software workflows to prepare preoperative CT data for compatibility with the Mako system and supporting the surgeon (m/f/d) in preoperative planning.
Creating previews/overviews of upcoming operations to be performed with the Mako System.
Planning, organizing, and delivering training programs and presentations for users from the OR and radiology departments.
Coordinating newly acquired customers (m/f/d) in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team.
Sales support for product-specific questions at trade shows and congresses.
Requirements
At least 1 year of initial professional experience within a medical environment (e.g., OTA specialist/surgical technologist, medical device applications specialist, clinical support, physiotherapy).
Strong technical affinity and the ability to convey complex concepts quickly and clearly.
Strong customer and service orientation.
Resilient under pressure and able to remain calm in tense situations.
Reliable organizational and planning skills and a high level of commitment.
Valid Class B driving license and a high willingness to travel.
Fluent German and very good English skills (Level C1), both written and spoken.
