About the role

  • Finance Intern assisting with audits and document management for finance projects. Gaining real-world experience in a supportive team environment in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collation of documents needed for audits
  • Prepare account schedules and analyses
  • Check the propriety and completeness of documents
  • Assist in organizing/filing of documents
  • Coordinate with Finance and Admin team members (or other departments if needed) on functions related to documentation and account analyses
  • Other finance-related tasks that may be assigned

Requirements

  • Graduating student of Finance or Business Management related courses
  • Can commit more than 400 hours for the whole internship
  • Analytical and takes ownership of learning
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic
  • Has the ability to handle and be discreet on highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact well with diverse personalities
  • Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and other GSuite Apps
  • Willing to report everyday in Boni, Mandaluyong office.
