About the role
- Data Migration Specialist coordinating client data migration projects from planning to follow-up. Engaging with law firms using STP software products.
Responsibilities
- Support and execution of data migrations: You assist our clients in smoothly migrating their existing data into our STP software products — from initial alignment to successful completion.
- Direct contact with clients: You won’t work only in the background; you maintain close contact with law firms — via email and phone — to optimally coordinate the migration process.
- End-to-end project coordination: From kick-off to final handover you manage the migration together with our clients and internal teams.
- Controlling and monitoring of your own projects: You keep track of your projects’ progress and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with our clients and colleagues to develop tailored solutions.
- Technical adjustments and development of import logic: If you already have experience with C# and MS SQL, you can start immediately — if not, we’ll be happy to teach you!
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in customer advisory or consulting, ideally with a focus on data management
- Ideally, you already have solid experience working with data, ERP systems and larger databases
- Completed IT-related vocational training or a completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
