About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Conduct negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk related to credit approval and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation and portfolio management skills
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
