Responsibilities
- Organize and review all documentation for credit transactions and their collateral, such as fiduciary assignment of assets and receivables, enabling support for the commercial credit teams
- Analyze corporate documents to identify company representation and authorized signatories for the approval/granting of powers
- Handle the formalization and completion of collateral instruments
- Monitor the portfolio of credit transactions and their collateral, both pending formalization and already formalized, ensuring the validity of grants and their enforcement
- Prepare controls, requests and reports for credit portfolios and the collateral granted
- Act in a consultative capacity to commercial teams, always seeking the best solution for the client and the company
- Interact clearly and efficiently with law firms, notary offices and public agencies to ensure quality and speed in requests
- Support the initial stages of collateral enforcement, engaging the relevant areas and monitoring the transfer/internalization of assets into the company’s portfolio (non-operational assets)
- Draft discharge and collateral release statements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of credit operations, contractual guarantees and fiduciary assignment/transfer of assets
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Law, Business or Administration)
- Previous experience in financial institutions managing collateral for credit operations
- Previous experience and/or advanced knowledge in some of the tools used by the area: Office Suite, Power BI, Google Data Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Google Cloud Platform – BigQuery
- A law degree is a plus.
