About the role
- Quality control and AI chat monitoring role for a startup specializing in AI communication in Germany. Analyzing chat data and optimizing AI responses for improved interactions.
Responsibilities
- Du überprüfst Chatverläufe unserer KI auf Qualität, Tonalität und Ergebnisorientierung.
- Du analysierst, wo die KI Gespräche verbessern kann – und hilfst, ihre Antworten gezielt zu optimieren.
- Du dokumentierst Auffälligkeiten und arbeitest direkt mit dem Produktteam zusammen, um Abläufe zu verbessern.
- Du entwickelst eigenständig Ideen, wie StudioPartner noch smarter kommunizieren kann.
- Optional (bei Masterarbeit): Du verbindest Forschung und Praxis – z. B. zu Themen wie AI-Qualität, Automatisierung oder Sprachpsychologie.
Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaft, Linguistik, Psychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, KI oder ähnliches.
- Deutsch als Muttersprachler oder auf C2 Niveau.
- Du hast ein gutes Sprachgefühl und erkennst schnell, ob Kommunikation funktioniert.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und denkst analytisch.
- Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz und Startup-Mentalität.
- Erfahrung mit Chatbots, CRM-Systemen oder Kundendialogen ist ein Plus, kein Muss.
