About the role

Requirements
- Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaft, Linguistik, Psychologie, Wirtschaftsinformatik, KI oder ähnliches.
- Deutsch als Muttersprachler oder auf C2 Niveau.
- Du hast ein gutes Sprachgefühl und erkennst schnell, ob Kommunikation funktioniert.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und denkst analytisch.
- Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz und Startup-Mentalität.
- Erfahrung mit Chatbots, CRM-Systemen oder Kundendialogen ist ein Plus, kein Muss.
