About the role

  • Computer Science Intern at STIHL gaining hands-on experience with system improvements and technology initiatives. Collaborate with IT developers and analysts in dynamic IT and business environments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and clarify system requirements
  • Assist with drafting user stories, refining requirements, and organizing backlog items to support LMS and SSO enhancements
  • Help build and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base, including how-to guides and process documentation
  • Participate in agile routines such as stand-ups and planning meetings, supporting coordination and follow-up tasks
  • Research system functionality and integrations, and document findings for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
  • Gather user feedback and help represent user needs to support better system design and experience

Requirements

  • Academic Year: Junior, Senior
  • Area of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Software Experience: MS Office, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence
