Responsibilities

  • Ensure Fortbras' commercial operations run in a simple, standardized, and efficient manner
  • Define, manage, and ensure the execution of sales processes and routines
  • Ensure salespeople have a functional and efficient infrastructure to sell
  • Define the sales funnel as a management tool for execution
  • Identify operational practices of high-performing salespeople
