Project Coordinator for TGA HKLS leading various large projects like public buildings and hotels. Responsible for coordination, communication, and project management in building technology.
Responsibilities
You will be the Project Coordinator for TGA HKLS (m/f/d) within our STF Energy division and will lead various large-scale building services projects, with a specialization in HLSK.
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
Coordination – With your expertise and ideas, you take responsibility for the overall project coordination, ensure the implementation of client requirements, and lead the project team to ensure smooth workflows and on-time completion.
Communication – You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and hold discussions with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You actively participate in project meetings and present project progress.
Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, manage project controlling, and maintain a strong focus on all quality assurance measures.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally, you have gained experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid educational background: a degree in engineering—preferably with a focus on building services/plant engineering, building technology or a comparable field—OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning - HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership.
You demonstrate appreciative interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office products and open to using new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
