Responsibilities
Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time
Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations
Become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers
Collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership in various situations
You have a technical foundation and can clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, especially in the context of applied AI.
Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
