About the role
- Applied AI Engagement Manager at Taktile guiding enterprise customers in implementing AI-driven decision-making solutions. Collaborate with teams to optimize and automate critical business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time
- Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations
- Become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers
- Collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership in various situations
- You have a technical foundation and can clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, especially in the context of applied AI.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
