Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction of UA campaigns
Build and manage a high-performing acquisition team
Optimize processes and ensure collaboration across Growth, Product, and Creative teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads
At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role
Proven experience managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month)
Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale UA teams
Experience in establishing clear UA processes
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Advanced analytical thinking
Proficiency in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (Appsflyer, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
Skilled in automation and optimization tools
Ability to maintain high-quality internal documentation
B2+ English proficiency (spoken and written).
