About the role

  • Lead User Acquisition Manager driving performance marketing efforts for EdTech products. Leading UA campaigns and managing acquisition teams with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of UA campaigns
  • Build and manage a high-performing acquisition team
  • Optimize processes and ensure collaboration across Growth, Product, and Creative teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month)
  • Strong ability to build, mentor, and scale UA teams
  • Experience in establishing clear UA processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (Appsflyer, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
  • Skilled in automation and optimization tools
  • Ability to maintain high-quality internal documentation
  • B2+ English proficiency (spoken and written).
