About the role

• Internship focusing on backend development using Python and Azure at innovative AI coaching startup. Work on projects that improve personal development and utilize generative AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Further development of our backend with a focus on Python
• Work within our Azure cloud infrastructure
• Use modern tools such as Git, IDEs and API-first development
• Contribute to our AI architecture (e.g., RAG systems) for intelligent platform logic
• Connect and integrate tools, interfaces and services within our tech stack
• Actively shape and advance our web-based platform
• Collaborate with our UX team to ensure an optimal user experience

Requirements

• Must-have: Experience with Python (professional experience or advanced projects)
• Good understanding of backend development and API communication
• Interest in or initial experience with Azure
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn new topics
• Motivation to engage with generative AI and modern architectures (e.g., RAG)
• Team player, self-starter and enthusiasm for innovation
• Nice-to-have (not required): Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, container technologies (Docker)
• Experience with platform architectures, data structures or NoSQL databases
• Interest in low-code technologies such as Bubble.io (for frontend or MVP tasks)
