- Strategic collaboration with CI&T to support a financial sector client, ensuring technical alignment with business requirements.
- Development and maintenance of high-performance microservices with a focus on scalability, quality, and security.
- Strong backend focus, with some frontend understanding to enable efficient integration between application layers.
- Active participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle: technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
- Proposing and implementing technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure quality, standardization, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Technical leadership of a multidisciplinary team, supporting decision-making and resolving complex day-to-day issues.
- Refinement and delivery of technical solutions across multiple scenarios with a broad business perspective.
- Ensuring consistent, high-standard deliveries for the client by collaborating closely with the development team.
- Promoting the technical growth of the team through training, dojos, and continuous knowledge sharing.

- Strong experience with Java 17+
- Development with Spring Boot
- Experience with Node.js
