Responsibilities
- El Desarrollador RPG será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y sistemas que utilizan el lenguaje de programación RPG en el entorno bancario.
- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones en RPG para sistemas de gestión bancaria.
- Colaborar con analistas de negocio y otros desarrolladores para entender los requisitos y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas efectivas.
- Realizar pruebas unitarias y de integración para garantizar la calidad y el rendimiento del software.
- Monitorear y resolver problemas de rendimiento y errores en las aplicaciones existentes.
- Documentar procesos, arquitecturas y configuraciones de software.
- Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo y en la implementación de mejores prácticas.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias y tecnologías emergentes en el desarrollo de software y el sector bancario.
Requirements
- Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en desarrollo de software utilizando RPG.
- Conocimiento en bases de datos DB2 y SQL.
- Habilidades en resolución de problemas y pensamiento analítico.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con diferentes áreas del banco.
- Deseable experiencia en el sector financiero.
