About the role
- Senior Front End Developer using React for developing and maintaining industrial systems at Stefanini. Collaborating with international teams and contributing to shared design systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop screens for industrial systems using React and the company’s component library (Vallourec UI).
- Maintain, modify and create new components for the company Design System (extending tokens, variants, components, documentation/Storybook and tests).
- Ensure reuse, modularity and standardization of systems, promoting shareable components.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing libraries (with autonomy/independence), including refactorings aimed at better performance, accessibility and developer experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistency and reuse (code reviews, PRs, guidelines and training/dojos when necessary).
- Participate in meetings with international teams, including UI/UX and business areas, and lead technical discussions with teams in France, the USA, Saudi Arabia, China or Indonesia.
