About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts: negotiate and draft contracts with suppliers, service providers and commercial partners.
- Legal advisory in insurance/capitalization/dental/consortium products: provide legal support on matters related to insurance products, capitalization products, dental plans and consortia.
- Legal risk management: identify, analyze and mitigate legal and regulatory risks for the insurer.
- Internal advisory: provide legal guidance to commercial and operational teams, supporting the implementation of new business initiatives.
- Monitoring regulatory changes: track changes in legislation relevant to the insurance sector and assess their legal implications for the company.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract review.
- Experience with commercial contracts and legal negotiations in the context of insurance, suppliers and commercial partnerships.
- Postgraduate qualification in Law, with a focus on Contract Law, Corporate Law, Regulatory Law or related areas.
