About the role

  • Corporate Transport Analyst managing mobility services and reimbursement processes. Analyzing performance metrics and ensuring efficiency in corporate transportation operations at Steck.

Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate mobility, including commercial team vehicles, courier services, business travel, postal services and fuel control;
  • Administer corporate vehicles, covering usage control, preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, claims/incidents, fines and rental contracts;
  • Act as liaison with rental companies, handling rental requests, contract management, vehicle pickup, return and inspections;
  • Receive, analyze and process transportation and courier requests (motorcycle courier, car or truck) according to operational needs;
  • Manage traffic fines process, ensuring correct identification of the driver and handling according to internal policy;
  • Verify, record and monitor invoices in the ERP, ensuring proper validation and release for payment;
  • Follow up with Finance to confirm payments;
  • Analyze fleet and transportation performance indicators, preparing management reports;
  • Manage end-to-end reimbursement processes for damages, losses, thefts and claims;
  • Review and verify reimbursement invoices;
  • Request and coordinate pickups for product returns to the distribution center (DC);
  • Perform active collection with carriers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and mitigation of financial losses;
  • Ensure correct application of reimbursement deductions on invoices;
  • Conduct monthly closings, aging controls, recovered amounts and performance indicators;
  • Identify improvement opportunities to reduce losses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field;
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI required for building and analyzing metrics and management dashboards;
  • MS Office with emphasis on Excel;
  • Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS ERP);
  • Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH) required, with availability to drive corporate vehicles when necessary;
  • Previous experience in transportation reimbursements required;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Tax, Operations, Customer Service and HR;
  • Organized, analytical, responsible and strong communication skills.
