About the role
- IGA Integration and Oversight Lead responsible for identity governance and administration at State Street. Overseeing operational excellence initiatives and regulatory compliance for identity management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's identity governance framework
- Lead access certification campaigns and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business units to accelerate application onboarding to central IGA platform
- Own the IGA platform configuration to manage certification campaigns and application onboarding
- Act as the primary liaison between information security, IT operations, application owners, and business leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in identity and access management with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Deep expertise with IGA platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of identity governance concepts including RBAC, ABAC, access certification, and SoD
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing complex identity programs in enterprise environments
