About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and solution design by collaborating with audit, technology, and vendor teams
- Facilitate design workshops to architect scalable workflows and system enhancements that drive operational excellence
- Translate complex business needs into optimized MetricStream configurations and analytics that improve decision‑making and user experience
- Drive user‑group engagement to validate needs, prioritize enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of Audit workflows
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery including roadmap definition, sprint execution, testing cycles, deployment, and adoption
- Develop training, communication, and change‑management materials that support successful rollout of system releases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Proven experience shaping end‑to‑end solutions for MetricStream (M7) or similar GRC platforms
- Ability to break down complex business problems and provide clear, actionable technical insights
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Advanced command of English; strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills
