About the role

  • Assistant Vice President managing accounting and administrative services for Private Equity funds in a leading financial services firm. Overseeing staff and ensuring compliance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing team of financial services professionals
  • Allocate income to investors and process capital events
  • Review and approve net asset value reporting
  • Lead onboarding and launch of new funds
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance
  • Design technology solutions for complex reporting requirements
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 to 6 years of Private Equity experience
  • Experience with alternative investment asset classes
  • Highly effective communication and management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
  • CPA qualification is favorable but not required
  • Experience with Investran or Geneva favorable but not required
