About the role
- Senior Data Architect driving data architecture for PM2PA application at Stantec. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing data governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the overall data architecture strategy for PM2PA
- Lead the future integration of PM2PA business processes and workflows with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Oversee the performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of the PM2PA data flows
- Ensure robust data security measures and compliance protocols are implemented across PM2PA
- Collaborate closely with other teams to plan and execute PM2PA data-related projects
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to database administrators, database developers, and integration specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data analysis, or related IT roles
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, database and architecture
- Strong data modelling skills, both relational (3NF) and dimensional (star schema) design
- Experience with Oracle integration technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Familiarity with enterprise data management tools and practices
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools that complement Oracle EBS
- Proficiency in operating the Oracle EBS tech stack on Linux platforms
- Knowledge of architecture best practices and design patterns
