Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support using ServiceNow, resolving tickets for enterprise clients and IT professionals
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across virtualization, networking, and storage technologies
Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and client troubleshooting
Gain hands-on experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco, EMC, Palo Alto, and Citrix
Communicate effectively with clients through ticketing and portal systems (no direct call queue)
Participate in structured onboarding and technical training to expand your expertise
Contribute to internal documentation, process improvement, and change management initiatives
Develop a strong understanding of data protection, networking, and security systems over time
Requirements
2+ years of technical support or systems administration experience within an enterprise or Managed Services environment
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management
Hands-on familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, routing/switching concepts, and VPN technologies
Experience working with firewalls, security appliances, or endpoint protection platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Secure)
Exposure to storage technologies (SAN/NAS), data protection, or backup/recovery systems (Veeam, Dell EMC, etc.)
Practical experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, and a good understanding of SLA-based ticket management
Proficiency with PowerShell or scripting fundamentals for task automation and system checks is an asset
