Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or an equivalent qualification
Project management certification is a plus
Several years of professional experience in operational controlling or accounting roles
Extensive experience managing projects in complex organizational environments
Several years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
Extensive experience collaborating internationally with cross-functional teams
Experience with IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantage
Independent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressure
High level of commitment, resilience, and openness to change
Curiosity about new topics and a strong commitment to continuous learning
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex problems clearly and transparently
