About the role

  • Manager - Asset Lifecycle Management with Squarcle, providing consulting advice for asset management. Leading client engagements and developing innovative solutions in a diverse team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project delivery and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the client, and the Engagement Director and team.
  • Develop plans, allocate resources, and manage engagement teams to ensure timelines are adhered to and outputs are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to consultants, ensuring quality standards and processes of the client and Squarcle are followed.
  • Analyse, assess, design and deliver through-life Asset Lifecycle Management and Integrated Logistic Support strategies in support of capability design and concepts.
  • Develop innovative approaches to the provision of Integrated Support Solutions utilising data and data analytics.
  • Lead the development and implementation of learning programmes, frameworks, and tools that enhance individual and organisational capabilities aligned to strategic goals.
  • Conduct capability assessments and workforce analysis to identify current gaps and anticipate future skill requirements across functions, roles, and business units.
  • Identify and pursue follow on work and new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the development of proposals, negotiate contracts, contribute to the sales, and bid processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience working in a consulting environment
  • Track record of successful delivery of advisory or technology services in a consulting context
  • Strong programme delivery and management experience to include budgetary and resource oversight
  • Strong Integrated Logistic Support / Asset Lifecycle Management experience supporting the design and delivery of through-life support solutions (not necessarily as a consultant).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in ALM and supportability engineering.
  • Experience utilising data analysis to develop evidence based, data driven support options and solutions.
  • Extensive experience of managing a complex, decentralised matrix team.
  • Experience of managing and influencing executive level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in multi-disciplinary environments
  • Advanced communication, presentation and IT skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to client site
  • Successful candidates must be prepared to apply for, and pass security clearance, before they are appointed.
