About the role

  • Enablement Program Manager responsible for managing learning initiatives across various audiences at Spryker. Collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging AI technology for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to our Head of Learning Enablement, as the Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of enablement initiatives across internal, customer, and partner audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, oversee content development, and ensure seamless delivery of learning programs that drive measurable impact.
  • Work with our cutting-edge AI learning platform powered by Sana Labs, awarded 3rd Best Learning Platform Implementation 2025 by Learning Technologies UK.
  • Lead enablement projects from initial needs assessment through deployment, reporting, and post-launch improvement across all target groups—internal employees, customers, and partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Product, Engineering, and GTM SMEs, helping them translate complex PaaS/eCommerce topics into clear, targeted learning assets using Spryker’s AI-powered learning platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience delivering enablement programs or learning projects for at least two key audiences (Sales/Employees, Customers, Partners), ideally in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full enablement project lifecycle across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a strong drive to learn new technologies and solve business challenges through learning.
  • A background in communications is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles, Adult Learning Theory, and Knowledge Management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Product and Engineering SMEs to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to coach non-learning SMEs through content creation and structural design.
  • Experience developing and managing feedback loops and content maintenance frameworks.
  • Fluency in the modern learning technology ecosystem with a continuous drive for efficiency through AI.
  • Knowledge of how to strategically apply AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Descript, Sana Labs) for content drafting, synthesis, research, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with LXP/LMS platforms (experience with Sana Labs is a strong advantage) and secondary platforms such as HubSpot and Confluence.
  • High adaptability and motivation to stay current with emerging tools and quickly integrate new technologies into daily workflows.
  • Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
