About the role
- Financial Systems Analyst supporting NetSuite within a fintech company. Collaborating closely with finance and technical teams to enhance financial system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on NetSuite operational support including: Sales order cancellations and corrections
- Subscription and billing adjustments
- Revenue and accounting fixes
- Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite and integration errors with a strong understanding of downstream accounting impacts
- Build and execute end-to-end testing scenarios that mirror real business use cases
- Lead large-scale data cleanup initiatives using CSV imports, saved searches, mass updates, and workflows
- Serve as an in-house expert on NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), supporting the Revenue and Accounting teams
- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, journal entries, SKU setup, and accounting configurations
- Support hardware and software business models, including warehouse related configurations for Work Orders, Assembly Builds etc. (Light Manufacturing)
- Troubleshoot issues related to integrated systems such as Coupa, Pigment, Maxima, Navan, and Spendflo.
- Work with IT and external vendors when deeper technical support is required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on NetSuite administration or consulting experience
- Strong experience with: Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Light Manufacturing, SuiteBilling
- Order-to-Cash, Billing, and Subscriptions
- Solid accounting foundation (revenue recognition, journal entries, financial impacts)
- Proven experience executing data cleanups and transactional fixes in production environments
- Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with autonomy and accountability
- Ability to explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
