Responsibilities
Optimize the use of tools, processes, and programs that empower the field marketing team.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
5+ years in Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, email, and social media platforms.
Background in retail or franchise operations support is a plus.
Experience leveraging tools to communicate to Clients with alignment to brand standards and systems.
Strong working knowledge of marketing automation tools and program management tools (e.g., Email (CRM Systems), Social Engagement Software, Google Business and Google Analytics, CMS, project management and help desk, and mapping or territory management tools).
Strong understanding of customer service processes across both Internal (Team Members) and External (Team Leaders’s).
Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a demanding environment.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Experience managing vendors for promotional materials or POP production.
