About the role

  • Customer Service Representative for Sport-Thieme handling inquiries and product orders via phone. Contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's success through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers via phone
  • Advising customers on products, deliveries and offers
  • Taking orders
  • Creating new accounts and verifying existing customer data

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business field
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work within service hours Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Good PC/computer skills
