About the role
- Senior SAP Project Manager overseeing transformation projects from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA. Responsible for project leadership, implementation strategies, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von SAP R/3 nach S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekten sowie SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud-Projekten
- Umsetzung von Greenfield-, Bluefield- und Brownfield-Ansätzen je nach Kundenstrategie
- Steuerung von Projektumfang, Budget, Zeit, Qualität und Risikomanagement
- Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und externer Dienstleister
- Beratung von Fachbereichen und Management zu Transformationsstrategien, Roadmaps und Best Practices
- Sicherstellung von Cutover, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phasen
- Anwendung klassischer, hybrider und agiler Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. SAP Activate)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Projekten, insbesondere S/4HANA-Transformationen
- Kenntnisse in R/3-zu-S/4HANA-Migrationen und S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Idealerweise fundiertes SAP-Modulwissen (z. B. FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, Logistik)
- Erfahrung mit SAP Activate, ASAP oder vergleichbaren Projektmethodiken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
