Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on asset-backed securities (ABS) and structured finance products across various sectors
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate credit risk, cash flow projections, and performance metrics for structured products
Prepare high-quality research reports, presentations, and analytical summaries for internal teams and external clients
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that impact structured finance markets
Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making processes
Participate in client calls and meetings to present research findings and respond to analytical inquiries
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, credit analysis, or structured finance (entry to early career level appropriate for GL8)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis and modeling
Ability to work in either Denver, CO or Chicago, IL office locations
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
