About the role

  • Online Editor for S+P Seminare focusing on seminar and digital training content. Responsible for ensuring clarity and quality of online materials in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Editorial creation and revision of online content (e.g., technical articles, seminar descriptions, service pages)
  • Preparation of subject-matter input from Compliance, seminars, and training projects
  • Updating existing content
  • Textual optimization according to SEO guidelines (keywords, structure, readability — not strategy)
  • Entering and maintaining content in the CMS
  • Close collaboration with the Content, SEO & Conversion Manager
  • Coordination with subject-matter departments to ensure content quality
  • Ensuring a consistent tone of voice and high text quality

Requirements

  • Experience as an online editor, content editor, or in a comparable role
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (editorial level)
  • Good English skills
  • Strong sense for language, structure, and clarity
  • Interest in B2B topics, professional training, and compliance
  • Structured, reliable, and meticulous working style
  • Confident handling of CMS systems (e.g., WordPress or similar)
  • Team-oriented approach and enjoyment of coordination
